Yes. As a concierge member, you have direct access to Dr. Choudri after hours for urgent concerns or medical questions. You can reach her by secure message, phone, or the patient portal as outlined in your membership plan.

No, the Westchester MD membership fee can’t be paid through insurance. It’s a direct care model that allows you to have more time, easier access, and a closer relationship with your doctor—without the limitations of insurance.

Westchester MD Concierge focuses on adult and adolescent care. While we don’t provide primary care for young children, we’re glad to coordinate with your child’s pediatrician to support family wellness as a whole.

Your annual membership covers enhanced, personalized care year-round. This includes same-day or next-day appointments, longer visits, telehealth consultations, direct communication with Dr. Choudri, preventive and wellness care, and seamless coordination with specialists when needed.

As an Added tier of care for our concierge members, our aesthetic and wellness services blend medicine, artistry, and prevention. From Botox and fillers to Microneedling along with customized wellness plans, addressing skin, hormones , metabolism and longevity , each treatment supports your confidence, energy, and natural vitality.

We’ll help coordinate all of your labs, imaging, and specialist visits for a seamless experience. These services are billed to your insurance or paid directly to the facility, while your results and follow-up care are managed closely by Dr. Choudri.
